How carefully do you pack Fragile items?
I take Great Care in packing ceramics, glass, breakable items very carefully. I always wrap in bubble wrap, tissue and popcorn to make sure item is stationary in box during transit. I Never wrap items in newspaper unless I'm packing a box within another box. I would be very disappointed if I, myself ordered an item and it wasn't packed properly and arrived damaged.
Do you offer Refunds?
Please message me within 7 days when item is received. Customer Satisfaction is very important to me and I will give you a refund (minus shipping). If item is not as described (my error) I will offer a full refund. Please keep in mind you will be credited after item is shipped back to me.
